Benny is a 1980's Spaceman who suffers from a lack of oxygen, due to the fracture and leak in his helmet. He is part of the Fellowship of Strangers and one of the main characters of The LEGO Movie

Benny is a Master Builder spaceman who has an unreasonable, addictive desire for building spaceships. He is based off of the blue Classic Spaceman minifigures released in 1984 who acted as soldiers or personal security.
